Grey Sparrow Press holds First North American Serial Rights for publication until we print it, post it, hold it for the next issue, or return it to the contributor. In any case, status will be communicated via e-mail promptly.
Copyright always remains with the author(s) and artist(s). Contributors are free to republish, six months after publication online or twelve months after print (noting Grey Sparrow Press as first publisher), unless granted an earlier release by Grey Sparrow Journal (electronic publication) or Grey Sparrow Press (print publication).

A data base is available for previous issues of Grey Sparrow Journal. Given space requirements, publication credits will be included in the archives. Upon acceptance of work, you need to agree to archive your work at the website.
